What we collect
Your sign-in email and password (handled by our auth provider, never stored in plain text), the profile fields you choose to enter (name, username, bio, niches, channel handles, rate card, portfolio links), and basic profile-view counts so you can see how often your page is opened. We do not collect data from your social accounts beyond what you type into your profile.
How we use it
To run the platform — display your public profile to brands, route collaboration requests to your inbox, and surface featured creators in Explore. We use your email to send transactional notifications (new request, account updates) and important platform announcements.
Who can see your data
Anything on your published /@username profile is public. Anything in draft mode is visible only to you. Our admins can see profile and enquiry data when needed for support, moderation, or fraud prevention. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
Account deletion & data requests
To delete your account or request a copy of your data, email hello@lithauz.com from your registered email. We respond within 14 days and remove your profile, enquiries, and personal data within 30 days unless we're legally required to retain something (e.g. payment records).
Cookies & analytics
We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in. We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand what's working on the platform — no cross-site tracking, no advertising IDs.
