Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything that happens on your account. One account per person. Don't impersonate someone else, and don't create profiles for creators who haven't agreed to be on the platform.
Honest representation
Stats, portfolio work, and rate cards on your profile must be your own and accurate. Brands rely on this information to send you real briefs. Repeated misrepresentation (faked followers, stolen portfolio work, inflated metrics) may result in your profile being suspended.
Content ownership
You own everything you post — portfolio links, rate card, bio, photos. By publishing your profile you grant HauzOfCreators a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform and surface it to brands. We never resell your content or use it outside the product.
What we may remove
We may take down profiles or content that involve impersonation, harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit material, illegal activity, or spam. We may also remove enquiries that abuse the collaboration request flow. We try to give you notice and a chance to respond unless the issue is urgent.
Creator Pro billing
Creator Pro is RM 29 per month. You can cancel anytime — your Pro features stay active until the end of the current billing period. We don't refund partial months. Promo codes (e.g. PBAKL26) grant Pro for a fixed duration; when that duration ends your profile automatically reverts to the Free plan. Your data and content are preserved either way.
Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes go to the Malaysian courts. Questions: hello@lithauz.com. HauzOfCreators is operated by LitHauz Media.
